Terms of Service
Effective October 17, 2026
These are the rules for using Proofpad, made by Proofpad LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
1. Who can use Proofpad
You must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is okay with you using the app.
2. Your account
You sign in with Apple, Google, or an email code. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Pick a username that’s yours: no impersonating other people, brands, or Proofpad itself. One person, one account.
3. Proof+
Proof+ is an optional paid subscription. It’s billed through your Apple ID at the price shown in the app, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically until you cancel. You cancel in your iPhone’s Settings under Subscriptions; cancelling stops the next renewal but doesn’t refund the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies, not by us.
If you stop paying, nothing is deleted. Paid features lock, and everything comes back when you resubscribe.
We may change prices or what’s included in Proof+. Price changes take effect at your next renewal, and Apple will tell you first.
4. Fair play
Proofpad has public leaderboards and group competitions. Keep them honest:
- Log real sets. Don’t enter work you didn’t do.
- Don’t use scripts, bots, or modified apps to interact with Proofpad.
- Don’t harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
- Don’t scrape, copy, or republish other users’ data.
If we believe you’ve broken these rules, we can remove your entries from the boards, lock features, or close your account. We’ll use judgment and we won’t always explain.
5. What you post
Your username, your logged workouts, and anything you choose to share on the boards or in a Bout are visible to other users. You own your data. You give us permission to show it inside Proofpad and to generate the shareable images the app makes for you. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
6. Our stuff
Proofpad’s name, design, code, and the images it generates are ours. You can use the app and share the images it makes for you. You can’t copy the app, resell it, or use our name as if you were us.
7. No promises
Proofpad is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available, bug-free, or that your data will never be lost. Keep your own records of anything that matters to you; the export feature exists for that.
Proofpad is a logbook, not medical or training advice. Train at your own risk.
8. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Proofpad LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for anything related to the app is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months.
9. Ending things
You can delete your account any time from Settings. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections 5 through 8 survive either way.
10. Changes
We’ll update these terms when the app changes. If a change matters, we’ll say so in the app. Continuing to use Proofpad after a change means you accept it.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Disputes go to the courts in Wyoming.
